If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the baby doppler must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
